Ivan Poliakov

I am a Research Associate in Open Lab at Newcastle University. My background is in computing science and software engineering. I have worked on a number of diverse projects, including 3D graphics software, CAD tools (my PhD research was focused on developing a graphical tool for asynchronous circuit modelling called "Workcraft", http://workcraft.org) and web-based systems (School in the Cloud, https://theschoolinthecloud.org and Intake24, https://intake24.co.uk).

My interests include computer graphics, virtual reality, mobile and wearable technology, functional programming, IT automation.
