Emma Simpson

Currently part of the EPSRC CDT in Digital Civics. My background is in Public Health Nutrition, graduating in 2010 with a BSc in Food and Human Nutrition and MSc in Public Health and Health Services Research in 2013. I’ve worked as a Research Assistant for the past 6 years within the Human Nutrition Research Centre, primarily on dietary assessment. I was involved in the development of INTAKE24, an online 24hr dietary recall tool for use with 11-24 year olds.
