  • Best practice examples of using qualitative user data in design, from a research and/or design perspective.
  • Reviews on tools, techniques, and methods used when designing for user experience in terms of their usefulness.

Insightful papers about the topic addressing the strengths or limitations on bridging UX research results and design. Success as well as failure stories from practice are especially welcome. Papers will be reviewed by the program committee and selected according to their significance and their potential to stimulate discussion.
