Jen Wood

I joined Newcastle University in 2014 and have worked in various Research Administration roles across all three faculties. Since 2018, I’ve been managing the Centre for Doctoral Training in Cloud Computing for Big Data, delivering the strategy of the Centre, both within its long-term vision and daily operations.

Alongside my substantive role, I also acted at the University Liaison Manager between Newcastle and the Alan Turing Institute, managing the partnership and associated activities from 2020 – 2022. Prior to joining the School of Computing, I supported the School for Public Health Research and Fuse, the Centre for Translational Research in Public Health.
