Marci Ma
Doctoral Trainee
The swift digitisation of society is rapidly creating a "virtual world," prompting new human demands and opportunities for solutions. Within this digital landscape, the design of social innovation experience in everyday life holds considerable research significance. It addresses the evolving technological landscape and complex societal changes by employing inclusive, interactive, user-friendly, and personalised approaches.
As a designer, educator, and curator, I am deeply intrigued by the challenges of applying audience-centred AI curation tools in digital exhibitions and narratives. During my doctoral studies, I will focus on researching how AI-driven curation systems can enhance exhibition storytelling to improve audience digital art experiences, including accessibility, engagement, and interactivity. The interdisciplinary nature of this field resonates with my passions for interaction design, visual communication, and curatorial studies.
