My backgrounds are both in behavioural sciences, biomedical engineering and product management (industry). Currently I combine these backgrounds in a PhD project aiming at developing digital applications to support behavioural change in the realm of nutritional choices. My main supervisor on this project is Jan Smeddinck.
I’m very interested in learning to better understand why we make the choices we do and how this knowledge can be applied to find practical ways to help people happy, healthy and sustainable lives. To achieve these goals, I see much potential in digital technology. This because of the scalability, the data collecting possibilities and the fast developments in the field.
