Jan Kučera
Visiting Researcher
Jan did his interdisciplinary PhD in Human-Computer Interaction jointly at Open Lab and Institute of Neuroscience at Newcastle University, and Sensors and Devices group at Microsoft Research in Cambridge. His areas of expertise include calm technology, interactive communications, colour science and psychophysics.
As a visiting researcher at Open Lab he continues to work on calm and ubiquitous technologies and supports other members of the lab on prototyping and development of new hardware and software.
